Matrox Iris GTR智慧型相機 (Smart Camera)
是整合了「相機、電腦、軟體」的嵌入式視覺系統,相對於一般體積較大的PC,能更方便整合進設備與產線中。除了有豐富的Digital I/Os可以與外部裝置通訊外,同時支援Corning Varioptic的液態對焦鏡頭。IP67的防水防塵的設計,能適應嚴苛的工業環境,進行各種視覺檢測。

Matrox Iris GTR with Design Assistant整合了On semiconductor的CMOS Sensor和Intel® Celeron®雙核心處理器,體積僅有75x75x54mm,同時內建Linux的作業系統,以及Matrox DA的run-time環境。

可將Corning-Varioptic-C-C-Series的線直接插入I2C的插槽,並以MIL/DA或者鏡頭本身的SDK來控制其對焦。

》IP67防水防塵的設計,適用於較嚴苛的工業環境

對外接口皆配有防水防塵設計,正面則有專門的防水蓋,免於鏡頭和Sensor受到落塵或者較潮溼環境的影響,亦可避免使用切削液等較嚴苛的工業環境。

》鋁罐有效日期檢測與SMT連接器PIN腳檢測
Matrox Design Assistant(DA) 能直接連結符合GigE通訊協定的AVT相機,取得鋁罐背後點陣文字的影像後,再透過SureDotOCR的模組來識別,最後和預先設置的日期比對,來判斷OK/NG。
同時也能直接連結自家的GTR智能相機,取得SMT連結器的影像後,在透過Measurement模組來量測Pin腳的寬度與角度,最後和預設的寬度與角度範圍比較,來判斷OK/NG。
